Our premier location--co-labr8 in Mason OH--is a shared office, meeting and event space designed to grow your business. We're "co-located" with MADE hub for manufacturing, an 84,000 sq ft multi-tenant facility focused on strengthening American manufacturing.​
For 42 years, this 8-acre property just south of downtown Mason was the home of Hamilton Safe Company where they made safes, bank vaults and security equipment. In our re-design, we honor the work done by the men and women of Hamilton Safe by incorporating their raw materials--steel and concrete--into our comfortable, productive shared space with loads of amenities.
We have flexible leases that can work for you no matter how quickly you grow. Industrial spaces up to 10,000 sq ft; offices for 1 to 5 people; meeting and collaboration space for up 150 people; plus a community, connections and resources that will help you reach your goals.
