Our kitchen is designed to fuel your body while also recharging your soul. It's functional and comfortable for individuals and groups. A full kitchen with sink, oven, fridge and dishwasher, the center of the space is a 13' concrete & steel island that seats 8.

Better than your local coffee shop! You can be productive and comfortable...and our coffee is complimentary.

A comfortable place to relax or get some work done contains a well-appointed kitchen with restaurant-style booths and a 13' island that seats 10, a fireplace with conversation seating, plenty of tables and chairs and an oversized garage door.

Offices 11 & 12 are 80 sf, more than enough room for a small office or a two-person meeting. With high ceilings and plenty of natural light.

Offices 13-19 are our largest offices with 120 sf or more, big enough for three or four desks. With high ceilings and plenty of natural light.

Our largest meeting room has 650 sq ft, making it very useful for everything from classroom style training to a small reception or dining space. This room can be set classroom, theater or small group style with seating for up to 25. Equipped with a 43" TV/monitor and a 4'x8' whiteboard.

The heart of co-labr8, this 850 square feet of bright and airy, dynamic workspace includes a 26' "workwall," table seating, a refreshment station, two 10' glass garage doors and access to the patio.

An important part of Gathering Space 2, the workwall is a place to get things done, alone or in a small group. With seating for up to 10 that's oriented in a way that allows you to both concentrate or be in the center of it all.

The main gathering space just inside our front door. With 1,100 sq ft, it can comfortably accommodate up to 35 people for an event. Often used in combination with training room 17 which adds another 650 sq ft of flexible space.

This room honors Hamilton Security, who built its products here starting in 1986. The room is 18' x 12' and accessible from the Gathering Space. It is decorated as a bourbon room with comfortable seating and its own barrel sink. There is a 5' round table and 4 chairs and a 43" TV/monitor. The Hamilton Room is a great space to close deals and celebrate!

Located off Hall 3, Meeting Room 5 is 16' x 17' and includes a conference table with seating for 8, a 43" TV/monitor and a whiteboard.

Located off Hall 3, Meeting Room 4 is 16' x 15' and includes a table and seating for 6,and a whiteboard.
