WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY CO-LABR8 MEMBERSHIP?
Manufacturing and small office tenants get a complementary Drop-In membership. Drop-In members are welcome to use any co-lab space any time there is not a scheduled event. Scheduled events are noted in the calendar on your co-labr8 hub app, Additional fees may apply to reserved spaces.

We care about the growth of our member businesses almost as much as their owners. We regularly host learning programs focused on the topics business owners and managers need to overcome obstacles to growth and success.
WHAT ABOUT MENTORING?
All our members are invited to join our mentoring program where a MADECDC advisor will be assigned to your company to help uncover obstacles to growth and success.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTED RATE PACKAGES?
We offer discounts for multiple members from the same company and we also proudly discount memberships for veterans and active/reserve military personnel.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE FACILITY AFTER HOURS
co-labr8 members can access our facility any time using the co-labr8 mobile app on their favorite mobile device. It works on IOS and Android devices using Bluetooth technology. The mobile app can also be used to reserve spaces and monitor use of amenitites.
CAN I RENT PART OR ALL OF A BUILDING?
Our gathering, unwind, breakout and patio spaces can be reserved by the hour, day, week, month or year. We can host groups from 6 to 150 in spaces for everything from a quiet video or phone call to a large gathering or training event. We can help you conduct a special or recurring event and provide the space and amenities you need to make it a success. Need equipment, catering, drinks or even a band? We have partners who can help you plan, organize, cater, set up and clean up.
